Degustation notes

Luminous pale yellow colour with green highlights, ripe tropical fruit aromas punctuated with citrus notes, hinting at the sunny origins of this wine, a woody perfume with hints of vanilla, a palate of medium corpulence, lots of juice, bracing acidity and good balance.

Special notes

Penfolds was founded in 1844 and is now the largest Australian wine trader. The winery is located in the Barossa Valley, but the grapes come from different South Australian wine growing regions. Koonunga Hill is the name of Penfolds' owns vineyards in the BarossaValley.
