A deep garnet red with very dark reflections, intense aromas of ripe fruit with hints of cassis and blackberry, mingling flavours of licorice and vanilla, a well structured palate with silky tannins, revealing power and concentration with a peppery note; a balanced, dense wine.
The vines at Terres de Truffes are particular because they share their soil with the Ventoux truffle oaks, which is why this wine is naturally called, """Land of Truffles."""" The wine is produced from the best vine plots, that are more than 25 years old. A perfectbalance of the two main Rhone Valley grape varieties: 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache.
