Degustation notes

Some wines can be kept, others should be drunk, like this Gloria. The 2008 is so balanced that it can be enjoyed quickly or kept for a later date. A good, full texture, with bite, freshness, a long finish, hints of floral oak and ripe tannins.

Special notes

Owner: François Triaud. The Château Gloria was created by the legendary Henri Martin, who bought the land in small plots producing Crus Classés. He was thus able to recreate the vineyard area that his father had sold at the time. After his death in 1991, his son-in-law François Triaud took over the domain. Vinified in a third new barrels. The vineyard area is 50 hectares. The average age of vines is 41 years.
