  • 1. Reiben Sie das Caquelon mit einer Knoblauchzehe ein.
    2. Giessen Sie den Weisswein dazu.
    3. Geben Sie die Fonduemischung bei.
    4. Unter ständigem Rühren erhitzen, bis es leicht köchelt.
    5. Stellen Sie das Caquelon auf ein Réchaud um die Hitze zu erhalten.
