Degustation notes

Bright, deep purple colour, a fruity nose of cherries and currants, accompanied by spicy notes with hints of leather, fine and ample, good complexity, still young in the mouth with perceptible tannins but well integrated, medium strength, with a good presence of berries at the finish.

Special notes

20 years ago, it was difficult to say something interesting about the Herault Department. In the past, it is true, Cinsault, Aramonand other mass grown grape varieties grew on fertile soils intended mostly for cereal crops. Today, classic grape varieties such asSyrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are favoured.

    vin français ! - un peu décevant. Beaucoup de tanin, peu de fruit. Je croyais acheter un vin de pays (St-Blaise, Suisse (NE)
