Degustation notes

Light yellow colour, an intense nose with a floral bouquet, reminiscent of a Gewürztraminer, a hint of nutmeg, orange blossom, an aromatic palate full of character, with pleasant mineral notes and a nuance of stone fruit, full and vibrant with good length and hints of oak barrel.

Special notes

The Bodega was founded in 1891 by Don Louis Tirasso, considered to be one of the pioneers of viticulture in Mendoza. Today, Santa Ana is one of the leaders in wine export. The vineyard has an area of ??251 hectares. They grow mainly Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon andSyrah. Torrontes and Chardonnay for white wines. Torrontes is a highly aromatic grape, similar to Muscat, that comes from Argentina.

    Torrontés ist eigentlich ein Unfall der Natur. Zwei Rebsorten haben sich hier wild vermehrt: nämlich Muscat d'Alexandrie und Ciolla Chica. Torrontés ist somit eine argentinische Eigenart, eine so genannt autochthone Rebsorte. Vom Muscat hat Sie die intensive, traubig Fruchtigkeit geerbt. Eine frische Fruchtbombe, mit der Sie Ihre Freunde zum Aperitif überraschen können.
