Special notes

Pio Cesare, a longtime Alba wine producer is best known for his Barolo and Barbaresco. The vineyard area covers 33 hectares. Barbaresco is one of the great Italian red wines, produced from Nebbiolo and grown around Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso near Alba. Winemaking prescribes 2 years and 4 years for the Riserva appellation.
