Degustation notes

Bright ruby colour, an exuberant bouquet of sour cherries and spices, leather, wild game, cedar and roasted nuts, this range of aromas persists in the mouth, sustained by ripe tannins and well structured, a trademark acidity and long at the finish.

Special notes

This wine matures in oak barrels for 18 months. The Nobile appellation could come from the fact that it was usually the noble families of the region of Montepulciano who took on the production of this wine. Fratelli Triacca bought the vineyard in the 1980's. ThePrescribed storage is 2 years, the Riserva appellation can be given after 3 years.
