Degustation notes

A delicate nose that reveals floral notes, a straight and balanced Epesses, delicately fruity in the mouth with nuances of yeast, abeautiful structure with a rather refined body, mineral tonality with typically flint into the finish.

Special notes

A large 52 hectares Lavaux wine growing municipality. The share of white wine is 90%, exclusively Chasselas, and the 10% of red divided between Pinot Noir and Gamay. The Louis Bovard family from Cully has been operating vineyards in Lavaux for centuries. Today they own 16 hectares in Lavaux and 1 hectare in Aigle.
