Degustation notes

Golden yellow colour, a generous bouquet with honey notes and exotic aromas, nuances of mango and pineapple, a slight touch of vanilla, barrel notes on the palate with ample ripe fruit character, extract rich, balanced with aromatic persistence.

Special notes

This wine has matured for 12 months in barrels. In 1920, when Swiss viticulture experienced its worst crisis, many winemakers beganto work together at the regional level. Logical consequence, four wine cooperatives were created between 1930 and 1932. As cellars refused to sell wine, in 1932 winemakers founded their own sales organization, the Association of wine-growers' cooperatives of Valais, called Provins. The Maitre de Chais are considered to be Provins' high end wines. Vieilles Vignes is a wine that regularly receives distinctions.

    Ein hervorragender Wein, man sollte dazu was kräftiges essen, auch schön in Verbindung mit süss-salzigem sehr passend. Für eine etwas kostengünstigere Variante wäre ich auch zu haben. Aber ein besonderer Wein.

    Der wein gefällt mir sehr gut.ein nachteil hat es für mich da wir nur zwei personen sind haette ich lieber eine kleinere flasche wie 0.5 liter. Ich weiss nicht ob das für sie möglich ist?
