The Luizet apricots used for this product originate from the canton of Valais (Switzerland). Fermentation: 15-20 days. Distillation: slow method via steam-heated stills with rectification columns. Ageing: minimum of 6 months. No additional sugar or any other additives are used in the production of Apricotine. This eau-de-vie will improve in good cellar conditions. 43% Vol 70cl.
