Degustation notes

An intense ruby red colour, a delicately fruity bouquet, soft palate with berry accents, sweet and fruity in the mouth, a very pleasant wine with a long, slightly bitter finish.

Special notes

The Zurich and Rheinau cellars date back to a tradition that started four to five hundred years ago. In Rheinau, viticulture is even more than 1000 years old. In 1862, there is a merger of the Rheinau cellar and the hospital (Spitalkellerei), which becomes the "Staatskeller."" In 1997, the State Cellar is privatized and taken over by Mövenpick.

    Immer wieder Genuss! - Ich bin eine Liebhaberin Schweizer Blauburgunder und dieser ist einer meiner Favoriten. Er passt wunderbar zu einer kalten Platte mit rotem Fleisch und Käse und seins sanftes, fruchtiges Aroma entfaltet sich bei jedem Schluck. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super!
