What happens if I am not at home to receive my delivery?

Delivery by our coop@home drivers: When ordering, please indicate whether the driver may leave the delivery in a safe place if you are out. You also have the option to add instructions regarding the delivery address or safe place.

If you do not want your order to be left in a safe place, please make sure that somebody is present to receive your order when it is delivered. Otherwise, we will have to take the delivery back and charge the costs on to you.

Delivery by Swiss Post: If you are out, the parcel carrier will leave your order in paper and freezer bags outside your front door or, if accessible, apartment door. The carrier will take away the transport boxes.

Wine-only orders: Wine-only orders are delivered by the Swiss Posts VinoLog Service. If you are not present when the delivery is made, the parcel carrier will leave you a collection note with further options for receipt of your order (pick up your delivery at the post office, arrange a new time or specify a new delivery address).
