How long will meat from the butcher keep for?

The meat is specially vacuum packed by our head butcher Hans-Peter Benz and his team. This considerably extends the use-by date of the meat. In general, beef, veal and pork can be kept for up to 4 days after delivery. Lamb, dry-aged beef and skewers can be kept for up to 3 days after delivery. Chicken must be used within 2 days of delivery.
