Can I still change the delivery address once I have placed my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible for you to independently make changes to orders already placed.

If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address, please contact our Customer Service by phone on 0848 847 848 or send an e-mail to info@coopathome.ch.

If your new delivery address is in a different delivery region, the order will have to be redone. Our Customer Service will be happy to advise on the best way to proceed.
