Can I still make changes to my order once I have placed it?

No, unfortunately it is not possible at the present time for you to independently make changes to orders already placed. However, we are planning changes to the shop to allow for this in the future.

If you would like to add an item to your order or change the delivery time, please contact our Customer Service by phone on 0848 847 848 or send an e-mail to info@coopathome.ch.

Customer Service can make changes up to 36 hours (48 hours for deliveries by a parcel service) prior to the scheduled delivery/pick-up time.
