Is it possible that I will not receive a product despite having ordered it?

We do our utmost to assemble your order in its entirety. Your order will be selected and packed shortly before delivery. Unfortunately, on occasion individual products may no longer be available in sufficient quantity when your order is assembled.

Should this happen with an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this as swiftly as possible and the missing item will not be included in the final delivery note. Needless to say, you will not be charged for the product in question.
