How does delivery using a parcel service work?

Back to FAQs

Our parcel service makes deliveries from Tuesday to Friday (and Saturdays, depending on the area). The following delivery time slots are available: 09:00 to 12:00; 11:00 to 14:00; 12:00 to 17:00 and 16:30 to 21:00. Depending on your area, some delivery times may not be available.

The use of specially insulated transport boxes and dry ice means that chilled foods and frozen products can also be delivered. If you are out, your order will be left in paper and freezer bags outside your front door or, if accessible, apartment door. The parcel carrier will take away the transport boxes.

Wine-only orders are delivered by the Swiss Posts VinoLog Service. If you are not present when the delivery is made, the parcel carrier will leave you a collection note with further options for receipt of your order (pick up your delivery at the post office, arrange a new time or specify a new delivery address).
