Degustation notes

A floral bouquet, reminiscent of yeast, mineral notes with hints of flint, a fluid, elegant body with an aromatic diversity and dynamic acid structure, strong, noble but with finesse; the aristocrat of Champagne.

Special notes

Paradise underground can be found in Champagne. The Moët + Chandon cellars were dug in the vast chalk beds in Champagne: a vast network of 28 km of underground quarries, some of which date back to 1743, the year Moët + Chandon was created.
