Ingredients

  • 1 red chilli pepper, cut into rings, insides removed
  • 3 tbsp. white flour
  • 1.2 g waxy potatoes, peeled, coarsely grated
  • a little nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 100 g mountain cheese, cut into thin strips
  • knobs of butter (e.g. Pro Montagna)

Instructions

  • Mix the potatoes and the remaining ingredients with a little salt in a bowl. Stir in half the Grisoni, set aside the rest. Spread the mixture on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the knobs of butter and reserved Grisoni n top.
  • Bake for approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
