  • Cake
  • 270 g pastry dough, rolled into a circle (e.g. Betty Bossi butter pastry dough)
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts
  • 4 apples, sliced
  • Crumble topping
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g white flour
  • To bake
  • 2 balls vanilla ice cream (e.g. Frisco vanilla ice cream)
  • Utensils
  • One springform pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper, sides greased

  • Cake

    Place the pastry in the prepared tin, top with the nuts and apple slices.
  • Crumble topping

    Mix the sugar, butter and flour by hand until the mixture becomes crumbly, sprinkle on top of the apples.
  • To bake

    Approx. 50 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, place on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
