- 1 roll rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 33 cm)
- a little pepper
- 5 apricots, quartered
- 125 g cream cheese
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 80 g bacon strips, cut into thirds

- 1 roll rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 33 cm)
- a little pepper
- 5 apricots, quartered

Instructions

Tarte flambée
Place the dough on a baking tray along with the baking paper, spread the cream cheese on top, season. Top with the apricots and bacon. -
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 220°C (convection). Serve immediately. -
Tip:
Garnish the cooked tarte flambée with the leaves from 2 thyme sprigs.
