Ingredients

  • 1 handful cashews
  • 1 handful dried aronia berries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp. Bourbon vanilla powder
  • 0.5 organic lemons, abgeriebenen Schale und Saft
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Soften the cashew nuts and aronia berries in cold water for approx. 2 hrs. Drain well, place in a food processor along with the dates, lemon juice, vanilla and salt, blend to a paste. Shape into approx. 10 balls and toss them in the coconut flakes.
  • Haltbarkeit:

    Die Bällchen sind gut verschlossen im Kühlschrank rund 10 Tage haltbar.
