  • 200 g beef rump
  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick lemongrass sticks, core finely chopped
  • 0.25 cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 tsp pepper

  • Chop the meat very finely using a sharp knife. Combine the soy sauce, oil, lemongrass and pepper. Add the meat and cucumber, mix together.
  • Tip:

    Mix a little zest and the juice of 1 lime (rinsed in hot water and dabbed dry) into the tartare.
