Ingredients

  • Dressing
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. wasabi paste
  • 0.5 tsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • Coleslaw
  • 100 g carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 150 g white cabbage, finely sliced
  • 100 g celery, cut into thin slices
  • 100 g radish, cut into thin strips
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander, broken into small pieces

Instructions

  • Dressing

    In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise with all the other ingredients up to and including the sesame seeds, mix well.
  • Coleslaw

    Mix the cabbage, carrots, celery and radish with the dressing, cover and leave to infuse at room temperature for approx. 40 mins. Add the spring onions and coriander, mix.
