  • 200 g cottage cheese, rinsed, drained
  • 50 g dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. basil, finely chopped

  • to taste pepper
  • Aubergines
  • 2 aubergines, in 1 cm dicken Scheiben
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

    Hüttenkäse, Tomaten und Basilikum in einer Schüssel mischen, würzen.
  • Aubergines

    Auberginenscheiben beidseitig mit Öl bestreichen. In der heissen Grillpfanne portionenweise beidseitig je ca. 7 Min. braten, würzen. Die Hälfte der Auberginenscheiben mit je 1 EL Hüttenkäse belegen, mit den restlichen Auberginenscheiben bedecken.
