  • 2 apples, coarsely grated
  • 100 g blue and white seedless grapes, halved
  • 50 g pitted dates, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soya flakes
  • 5 tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 50 g almonds, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 30 g Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
  • 180 g plain yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp full-cream milk
  • a little plain yoghurt
  • a little almonds

  • Mix the apples, grapes, dates and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir in the rolled oats and remaining ingredients.
  • Garnish the muesli.
  • Shelf life:

    Can be kept in the fridge for approx. 2 days if covered.
