  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 7 dl full-cream milk, cold
  • 150 g strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 tsp. Bourbon vanilla powder
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 very ripe avocados, cut into pieces

  • Puree the avocados with the sugar and milk. Divide into the glasses.
  • Puree the strawberries with the sugar, vanilla and water and carefully pour over the avocado shake, over the back of a spoon.
