  • 0.5 Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 2 avocado, halbiert, in Lamellen
  • 1 red onion, cut into strips
  • 100 g smoked salmon (in Scheiben), zerzupft
  • 200 g cottage cheese (nature)
  • Salad Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
  • 4 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. liquid honey
  • a little chervil to garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Mix the salad ingredients together and serve on 4 plates.
  • Salad Dressing

    Mix all the dressing ingredients and season. Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving, garnish with a bit of chervil.
  • Serve with:

    Whole grain bread.
