  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 0.5 organic lemons abgeriebene Schale und Saft
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • 150 g Greek yogurt plain
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel, mash the flesh with the lemon zest and lemon juice. Finely chop the coriander and stir in along with the yoghurt, season. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
