Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 0.5 Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 2 avocado, halved, sliced
  • 1 red onions, sliced
  • 100 g smoked salmon (in slices), torn
  • 200 g plain cottage cheese (plain)
  • Salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • a little chervil to garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Salad

    Mix together the ingredients, serve on 4 plates.
  • Salad dressing

    Combine all the ingredients, season. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, garnish with the chervil.
  • Serve with:

    Wholegrain bread.
