  • Blackcurrants
  • 3 tbsp dried blackcurrants
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Figs
  • 100 g cream cheese (e.g. Boursin)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 figs, cut a cross in the top of each fig
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil

  • Blackcurrants

    Cover and soak the blackcurrants in water for approx. 4 hrs.
  • Figs

    Puree the cheese, blackcurrants and salt, use to stuff the figs. Drizzle with oil.
  • To bake

    Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C (top heat).
