  • To stuff the peaches
  • 40 g millet flakes
  • 30 g white flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g butter, cut into pieces, cold
  • 4 peaches, halved
  • 2 tbsp almonds, finely chopped

  • 200 g crème fraîche

  • One ovenproof dish (approx. 2 l), greased

  • To stuff the peaches

    Mix the millet flakes, flour, sugar and almonds in a bowl. Add the butter and rub together using your hands to form an even, crumbly mixture. Transfer the peach halves to the prepared dish. Spread the filling over the top.
  • To bake

    Place the peaches in the cold oven and bake for approx. 30 mins. at 220°C. Serve with crème fraîche.
