Baked potatoes with trout
Ingredients
- Baked potatoes
- 8 mealy potatoes (each approx. 120 g)
- 8 pieces aluminium foil
- Filling
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 200 g smoked trout fillets (organic), torn into pieces
- 2 avocado, diced
- a little pepper
- a little salt
- 1 lemon, use only the juice

Instructions

Baked potatoes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and wrap individually in foil. Place on a baking tray with the seal facing upwards. -
To bake
Approx. 50 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, cut into the potatoes with a knife, gently press together so that the potatoes open up, remove the foil. -
Filling
Stuff the potatoes with the crème fraîche, trout and avocado, drizzle with lemon juice, season. -
Tip:
Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
