Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 4 pieces aluminium foil (each approx. 30 x 30 cm)
  • 4 mealy potatoes (each approx. 230 g), scrubbed under running water
  • 40 g salted butter
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  • Potatoes

    Place 1 potato on each piece of foil, add a little butter and 1 sprig of rosemary, wrap in the foil. Place on a baking tray with the seal facing upwards.
  • To bake

    Approx. 50 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Insert a sharp knife into the middle of the largest potato. If the knife comes out without any real resistance, then the potato is cooked.
  • Serve:

    Using a knife, cut a cross into the wrapped potatoes. Squeeze the potatoes gently so that they open up, remove the foil if necessary.
