  • 1 pack brownie mix
  • 100 g butter, flüssig, abgekühlt
  • 1 banana, in 8 Stücken
  • 4 tbsp. Water, kalt
  • 1 eggs

  • 120 g dark chocolate couverture drops
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. icing sugar

  • Für ein Muffinsblech mit 12 Vertiefungen von je ca. 7 cm Ø, mit Papier-Backförmchen ausgelegt oder gefettet

  • Muffins

    Put the cake mix in a bowl, add the butter and water. Spoon the cake mixture into the paper cases, place on a baking tray. Press one piece of banana into each cake. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a rack, remove the muffins from the tin.
  • Topping

    Place the couverture in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over the gently simmering bain-marie
