  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 0.5 tsp. ginger, finely grated
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tbsp. sherry
  • 0.5 tbsp. liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 0.25 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp. mustard seeds, crushed
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

  • Marinade

    Mix the tomato puree with all the other ingredients.
  • Tipp:

    Die Hälfte der Marinade zugedeckt kühl stellen. Ca. 600 g Fleisch (z.B. Steaks oder Koteletts) oder Poulet mit der restlichen Marinade bestreichen, zugedeckt im Kühlschrank ca. 3 Std. marinieren. Marinade abstreifen, Fleisch oder Poulet würzen, grillieren, nach dem Grillieren mit der beiseite gestellten Marinade bestreichen.
