Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes (each approx. 250 g)
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tins white beans (each approx. 250 g), rinsed, drained
  • 2 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 dl water
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, garlic and rosemary. Add the tomato puree and cook briefly. Add the tomatoes and all of the other ingredients up to and including the water, simmer for approx. 20 mins., season. Plate up the beans, garnish with basil.
  • Serve with:

    Rosemary potatoes and salad.
