  • Rolls
  • 200 g courgette, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 thin beef cutlets (e.g. sirloin) (approx. 80 g each)
  • 0.25 tsp salt

  • Rolls

    Mix the courgettes and all the ingredients up to and including salt, cover and steep for approx. 30 mins. Drain the vegetables, set the marinade aside. Season the steaks with salt, put the vegetables on top, wrap the steaks around the vegetables and secure with toothpicks.
  • Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue:

    Grill the beef rolls over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 3 mins. all over. Serve the beef rolls with the reserved marinade.
  • Serve with:

    grilled sweet potato
