Ingredients

  • Meat
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2 white bread (e.g. mini ciabatta), cut open
  • oil for frying
  • 250 g beef strips (minute steak)
  • Sandwich
  • 150 g plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 45 g baby lettuce
  • 2 tbsp red currant jelly, stirred until smooth

Instructions

  • Meat

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 3 mins. each, season and remove. Toast the bread rolls (cut side down) in the same pan for approx. 1 min.
  • Sandwich

    Mix the yoghurt, garlic and salt, spread over the cut sides of the bread. Add the meat, salad and jelly.
  • Tip:

    Crush the whole redcurrants with a fork, mix with the yoghurt.
