  • Meat
  • 4 beef minute steaks, approx. 150 g each
  • peanut oil to fry
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 400 g romaine lettuce
  • Noodles
  • 1 red chili
  • 3 stick lemongrass
  • 5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 250 g chinese noodles
  • 2 dl coconut milk
  • 1 lime, use only the juice

  • Meat

    Cut the beef into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the beef in batches for approximately 1 minute each. Remove and season. Slice the lettuce into strips, stir-fry approximately 2 minutes, remove.
  • Noodles

    Halve the lemongrass and crush it. Remove the seeds from the chili and slice into rings. Pour the stock and coconut milk into the wok, add the lemongrass and chili, and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente. Add the meat and vegetables and heat through. Drizzle with lime juice.
