Ingredients

  • 1 tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle
  • 120 g goat cheese
  • 20 g pecans, coarsely chopped
  • a little sea salt
  • 200 g beets, cut into thin strips
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Place the dough with the baking paper on a baking sheet, cut into 4 equal strips. Distribute 2/3 of the cheese and beetroot on the dough, sprinkle nuts over top. Bake for approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove tarte flambée, add remaining cheese, season.
  • Tipp:

    1 EL Akazienhonig über den Flammkuchen träufeln.
