  • Garlic Oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Hummus
  • 1 cooked beets (ca. 150 g), in Stücken
  • 1 tin chickpeas (approx. 200 g), rinsed, drained
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp. grilled sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

  • Garlic Oil

    Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the stock in a large pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook on a medium heat with the lid off for approx. 8 mins., stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Hummus

    Place the chickpeas and remaining ingredients in a blending cup, add the fried garlic along with the oil, puree.
