Berry ice lollies on a stick
Ingredients
- Berries
- 200 g berries (e.g. raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries)
- Ice lollies
- 1 dl lemon syrup
- 3.5 dl sparkling mineral water
- 8 wooden sticks or paper straws
- To decorate
- 0.5 bag dark cake icing (approx. 60 g), melted
- 30 g white chocolate, finely grated

- 8 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

Berries
Divide the berries into the moulds. -
Ice lollies
Combine the syrup and mineral water, pour into the moulds. Cover and freeze for approx. 2 hrs. Remove the moulds from the freezer, insert one wooden stick into the middle of each ice lolly, freeze for a further 4 hrs. -
To decorate
Remove the ice lollies from the moulds. Dip the tips of the ice lollies in the icing, allow to set briefly, sprinkle with chocolate, serve immediately. -
Shelf life:
Cover and store in the freezer for approx. 2 weeks.
