Blinis with cured ham

- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp pesto rosso (red pesto)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 32 crackers
- 200 g cured ham in slices
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley

Ingredients
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp pesto rosso (red pesto)

- 200 g cured ham in slices
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Mix the crème fraîche with the pesto, season. Cover half of the blinis with half of the crème fraîche. Place half a slice of cured ham on top of each blini. Remove the parsley leaves and arrange 2-3 leaves on each blini. Spread the rest of the crème fraîche over the top, cover each one with a blini and garnish with the remaining parsley.
