  • 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • tbsp balsamic vinegar, to garnish
  • 0.5 tsp Tabasco sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 stick celery, halved
  • some ice cube

  • Combine the tomato juice with all the other ingredients up to and including the vodka, puree and season. Fill 2 glasses with ice and garnish each with 1 stick of celery and a little balsamic.
