  • 100 g white almond cream
  • 350 g frozen blueberries, slightly defrosted
  • 2.5 dl water
  • 2.5 dl apple juice
  • 2 tbsp birnel (pear syrup)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

  • Smoothie

    Puree the blueberries and all the other ingredients in a blending cup.
  • Tip:

    Can be prepared approx. half a day in advance. Simply cover and keep in the fridge. Stir well before serving.
