Ingredients

  • Smoothie bowl
  • 2 banana, ripe, sliced, frozen
  • 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g coconut milk yoghurt (e.g. KARMA Jocos Natural)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 5 ice cube
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp crispy muesli (e.g. KARMA Blueberry Chia Granola)
  • 20 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 10 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk yoghurt

Instructions

  • Smoothie bowl

    Remove the bananas from the freezer approx. 5 mins. prior to use. Using a food processor or blender, puree the bananas with all the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Topping

    Sprinkle all of the ingredients on top of the smoothie bowls, serve immediately.
