  • 2 banana, reif, in Stücken, tiefgekühlt
  • 300 g blueberries oder Blaubeeren, frisch oder tiefgekühlt
  • 300 g coconut milk yogurt (z.B. KARMA Natural Jacos)
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla paste
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Serve
  • 2 tbsp. crunchy muesli (z.B. KARMA Blueberry Chia Granola)
  • 20 g blueberries oder Blaubeeren, frisch oder tiefgekühlt
  • 10 g dark chocolate, gehackt
  • 1 tbsp. coconut milk yogurt

  • Smoothie Bowl

    Bananen ca. 5 Min. vor Gebrauch aus dem Tiefkühler nehmen, mit allen restlichen Zutaten im Cutter/Blender fein pürieren und in Bowls geben.
  • Serve

    Alle Zutaten auf den Bowls verteilen, sofort servieren.
