Instructions

  • Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water, cover and simmer over a low heat:
  • Breakfast egg

    3 mins.
  • Soft-boiled egg

    5 mins.
  • Hard-boiled egg

    10 mins.
  • Note:

    - Bring your eggs to room temperature before cooking and place them in boiling water – this way they will be less likely to crack.
