  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 500 g plain greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 lemons, use only the juice
  • 250 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen), gently crushed
  • 2 tbsp Granola
  • Utensils
  • 10 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

    Thoroughly mix the yoghurt with the sugar and lemon juice. Fill the ice lolly moulds with the yoghurt, berries and granola in alternate layers.
  • To freeze

    Approx. 4 hrs.
